                                      Q: How do you login to Patient Portal?
                                      A: Sign into Pportal using Health Safe ID
® (HSID). We will send a
                                      passcode to your registered contact number or email address. You can follow the
                                      steps in the link below to successfully set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

                                      Q: Who are you and what do you do?
                                      A: Change Healthcare is an independent company that partners with hospitals to
                                      help patients find a way to pay their medical bills. Government benefits such as
                                      Medicare or Medicaid could help pay for these expenses. We also help get all your

                                      Q: What if I’m not eligible for Medicaid?
                                      A: If you do not qualify to receive financial help from Medicaid, we will work
                                      with you to find some other options like state/local programs, disability,
                                      insurance through the Affordable Care Act, hospital charity programs, or other

                                      Q: Why will you be asking about my personal and financial information?
                                      A: We get it – we’ll be asking for some pretty sensitive information. But we need
                                      it to get you financial help. By giving us this information, we can complete an
                                      application for you and help you have the best possible chance of getting

                                      A: We know. It is a lot of forms - but we need to make sure every form your state
                                      needs is filled out in order for you to be approved. We promise you the benefits
